      WOK FRIED CHILLI PRAWNS
       
   Ingredients      
 
  1 Kg Prawns, peeled, devein leave tail on 
  30 grams dry kashmiri chilli or dry red chillies cut into half (seedless)
  10 grams sesame seeds, toasted slightly 
  8 grams (thin slice and soaked in water) ginger 
  8 grams thin sliced ginger 
  10 ml. tomato ketchup 
  15 ml. worcestershire sauce 
  10 grams sugar 
  10 ml. white vinegar 
  15 grams salt 
  10 grams chicken powder or 30 ml. chicken stock
  10 ml. spring onion and ginger water, sliced and soaked in 10 ml water.
   
 
   Method      
 
  Wash and drain the prawns.

Marinate prawns with salt, spring onions, ginger water and chicken powder or chicken stock.

Heat a pan add oil, sauté the dry ginger, spring onion and garlic about 1 min. Add prawns, cook another 2 mins, add remaining ingredients except sesame seed, cook another 5 mins.

Place prawns on the plate, sprinkle the sesame seed.
